Wise & Associates, our experienced criminal defense attorneys are driven to aggressively defend the rights of clients in all Illinois criminal courts and U.S. federal courts. We appear regularly in all the Cook County courtrooms as well as courtrooms in other surrounding areas such as DuPage, Lake, Kane, and Will Counties. We know how the system works and can help you defend your case. An aggressive defense of your case typically starts early in the proceedings. A lawyer may file motions to challenge the arrest, suppress evidence or otherwise confront weaknesses in the prosecution's case.
